Williams Brothers is first and foremost a bridge builder. We offer our clients seasoned specialty crews who have mastered their crafts and skills in all aspects of bridge construction.
We’ve driven piling in harsh marine environments and drilled shafts within active, urban settings. From our foundation work to super elevated structures, Williams Brothers has perfected approaches and techniques that result in increased durability, reduced on-site work and construction time, minimal traffic disruption and environmental impact, and lower life cycle costs.
We have an unprecedented history of constructing most of Texas’ exotic and complex bridge structures. WB’s portfolio includes all the existing cable stayed bridges in the State of Texas: the Veterans Memorial Bridge (1990) over the Neches River built using the State’s initial design-build project delivery method; the Fred Hartman Bridge (1995) over the Houston Ship Channel, which is the longest cable stayed bridge in Texas; and the Margaret Hunt Hill Bridge by Santiago Calatrava (2011) over the Trinity River, an iconic landmark in Dallas’ skyline.
Our bridge construction expertise is the cornerstone of our reputation for excellence. We bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to every project, ensuring each bridge we build meets the highest standards of safety, durability, and aesthetic appeal. Here’s what sets us apart:
Our vertical integration and vendor subsidiaries give Williams Brothers the ability to expedite construction, while maintaining rigid safety and quality standards and environmental compliance.
